Free Shipping on All Orders
All orders placed on JungleVault ship for free. There is no minimum order value and no hidden handling fees. The shipping cost shown at checkout is always €0.00.
Carriers & Estimated Delivery Times
JungleVault ships via multiple carriers depending on item size, destination, and availability. Carrier assignment is automatic and cannot be manually selected.

Delivery times are estimated from dispatch, not order placement. Processing time is 1–2 business days.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's tracking portal. You can also view the current status under My Orders in your account.
If tracking shows delivered but you have not received the parcel, please contact us within 5 business days of the delivery date.
Shipping Restrictions
JungleVault currently ships to the Netherlands and EU member states. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. If your country is not covered at checkout, please contact us — we may be able to arrange a special shipment.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. If your parcel arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and contents immediately and email support@junglevault.nl within 48 hours. We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.
